DRSA is a private, not-for-profit trade association dedicated to unifying, serving, and representing the convenience and tobacco store industry of the state of Delaware. DRSA is open to all retailers across the state.

We are committed to helping expand opportunities for small businesses without unnecessary tax increases or regulations. We support reasonable regulations and preventing any tobacco sales to minors.

Small business owners are responsible for creating the largest number of jobs in Delaware and tobacco tax increases will inadvertently harm this vital part of our state’s economy.
